Emergency Humanitarian Appeal
Thousands of Afghan returnees in Islam Qala camp face extreme conditions without water, food, or shelter. Join Al-Mouwasat in delivering urgent humanitarian aid.
In recent days, thousands of Afghan refugees have been returning from Iran to Afghanistan, facing numerous challenges and hardships along the way . A temporary camp has been set up for them in the Islam Qala area of Herat province, but this camp is far from meeting even the most basic human needs
The area is plagued by scorching winds and air thick with dust and sand . There is a severe shortage of drinking water, shade, transportation, food, medicine, and other essential services—putting the lives of these vulnerable individuals in serious danger
Women, children, the elderly, the sick, and people with disabilities are crying out for help, but their voices remain unanswered . These people were forced to leave their homeland, and now that they have returned, they have no homes, no clothes, no food, and no safe shelter
This is a serious test of our humanity—one that asks us how we choose to respond . Human Relief Mission charity organization, representing the voice of compassion, is currently active on the ground in Islam Qala and doing its utmost to deliver emergency relief services to these refugees
Our dedicated volunteers are working tirelessly to provide food, drinking water, transportation, and basic necessities . However, the harshness of the conditions, the overwhelming number of returnees, and limited resources all call for more kind-hearted people to join us in this mission
We alone cannot feed thousands of hungry mouths, nor do we have the means to solve all their problems . That is why we look to you—because you have the power to bring hope, to silence a child’s cry, and to give a mother the reassurance that humanity still exists
The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said: “Whoever relieves a believer’s distress in this world, Allah will relieve his distress on the Day of Judgment . ” (Sahih Muslim) And Allah Almighty says: “And whatever good you send forth for yourselves, you will find it with Allah
” (Surah Al-Baqarah, 2:110) These verses remind us that helping those who are suffering, weak, and in need is not only a noble act—it is a moral and spiritual responsibility . Today, we are faced with a great test: Will we share a portion of our blessings with these hungry and homeless Afghans or turn away? Your support can save lives
This is an urgent, human, and moral call . The mother whose child cries out in thirst, the father whose family stares at him with hungry eyes—they are waiting for your help
A bottle of water, a piece of bread, or a single tarpaulin can change their lives . Let us not let this opportunity slip by
Let us dedicate our compassion, generosity, and sense of humanity to these vulnerable Afghan families . Please help, share this message, spread the word among your friends, relatives, and social networks, and strive to bring hope to at least one family
May Allah bless you with every good
