Building Masjids
In Islamic countries masjids are more than places of worship, they serve as vital community centres, offering a space for social support and strengthening the community. The construction of more masjids addresses not only the spiritual needs of the population but also contributes to the social fabric of these communities. Anybody that is at the masjid is in a safe environment. At HRM we build masjids in communities where there is a dire need for them, or areas where masjids have been left in ruins due to natural disasters or conflicts.
Whoever builds a masjid, Allah will build for him something like it in Paradise
Hadith | Muslim
In some areas around the world, not everyone has easy access to masjids, and some might have to travel long distances to attend prayers. By constructing more mosques, we're ensuring that individuals have accessible places for worship, fostering a stronger connection to their religious practices.
Constructing Homes
Building homes around the world is incredibly important because it addresses a fundamental need for shelter and security. Many people, especially in developing countries, face the challenge of not having a safe and stable place to live. By constructing more homes, we provide individuals and families with the foundation for a better life, offering protection from the elements and a sense of stability.

Having a home goes beyond just having a roof over one's head; it contributes to overall well-being. It provides a space where individuals can feel a sense of belonging and build their lives. Stable housing is crucial for children's development, ensuring they have a secure environment to grow and learn. Additionally, it positively impacts communities, fostering a sense of stability and contributing to the overall improvement of living conditions.
Moreover, building homes creates economic opportunities by generating jobs in construction and related industries. It stimulates local economies and contributes to the growth and development of communities. In essence, building homes is not just about constructing physical structures; it's about building the foundation for better lives, stronger communities, and a more secure future for people around the world.
What does Islam teach about building masjid?
Islam places great importance on building masjids, considering them a fundamental pillar of the Muslim community.
Verily, the likeness of a house that Allah's name is mentioned in, and the house that Allah's name is not mentioned in, is like the living and the dead
Hadith | Sunan Ibn Majah
